Bushy Park is a 1600 acre site located in a heavy industrial zoned area of Berkeley County along the Cooper River. The park is home to 10 international manufacturing companies who benefit from centralized provided services and utilities, such as steam, process water, air, and industrial gases. Bushy Park has approximately 150 acres of developable land with rail, truck, and deep water access.
