We are a real estate development firm, a railroad company, and a water/sewer utility company. Our focus is primarily on real estate and creating long-term value for our communities, shareholders, and partners. Highland owns over 30,000 acres of land in Texas, Arkansas, South Carolina, and Scotland, over 7M square feet of commercial space, and more than 5,000 acres for residential development.
