Strategic Guidance and Regional Leadership
The CRDA Economic Leadership Council comprises leaders from many of the region’s most impactful businesses and institutions, committed to strengthening the regional economy and providing strategic counsel on broad regional initiatives.
Collectively, members of the Economic Leadership Council employ close to 15% of the regional workforce, making the Council a powerful influence and advocate for the Charleston region’s economic vitality and quality of life. Over time, the Council has driven advancement in preserving attainable workforce housing, elevating educational partnerships to support student outcomes and workforce pipelines, innovative strategies for traffic mitigation, and other key issues across the region.
